Are you addicted to sugar? Do you smoke? Drink too much? Good for you! You heard me right.
If you feel guilt or shame whenever you give in to your vice, you stay in the vicious cycle of negativity. Which makes you continue to partake in the negative behaviour. But when you understand your “bad habits” and figure out the deeper meaning behind them, your vice can actually teach you some life changing information.
Your “problems” become your solutions.
What does making your afternoon trek to the vending machine really mean? Do you need a pick me up because you’re tired? Once you can identify what you really need, you can find a healthier way to fill your so called void.
