In a way, stress is a good thing. It gives you a sense of where you’re at. We all put waaaay too much on our plates and think we can balance it all. The truth is, we can’t!
By adding more and more to your to do list, you’re adding more stress. Stress is bad for your body and long term, it actually causes damage to your cells.
Too much stress also steals your joy, effects your relationships, and hinders your ability to work at your true potential.
